Project Management and Working with Virtual Teams with Timo Multamaki

Timo Multamaki, founder of Dragon Dawn Productions, discusses the many things he’s learned about project management and getting games across the finish line.

Timo has a team of 40+ people from all over the world working on various games, so he’s had to become the glue that holds people together and keeps them on the same page until the games are done.

    Gabe,

Great podcast! This is an individual for whom I would love to assist in editing and proofreading their rules as a native English speaker. I’ve done some work for RedImp Games out of Poland, so there’s definitely a need for these types of skills as more and more of our international designers enter the market. It struck me as humorous when he said “bolts and nuts” during the interview as that’s something we wouldn’t say in English any more than we would make a “jelly and peanut butter sandwich.” Anyway, as always, I thoroughly enjoyed the interview!

    Cheers,
    Joe
